There's These Balloons On My Chest

There's these balloons on my chest

And a feral patch

Dark hair coarses

But there's these lumps of flesh

I am so close, cultivated

But girl hood clings

Painted nails, hair and jewellery

Won't simply cut it

It won't hide the mess

Your back aches,

so your clothes can't cling
