Hiking. "As a trans earth science Masters graduate who loves hiking, I noticed that there's often a disconnect within our community towards getting out and about to appreciate nature due to the dangers of queerphobia. I made the group with the intention of running a variety of monthly guided walks around places of natural beauty in and around our city, these alternate between wheelchair accessible trails and more arduous ones for folks that fancy a challenge. There's also an aim to eventually collaborate with local nature charities and environmental campaigning groups for conservation, educational, artistic sessions, as well as learning about queer climate activism.
