REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we do not do refunds or exchanges. We're a small project and all income goes to maintaining and creating trans spaces.
UK SHIPPING
Transmuted is based in the UK - orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days of purchase, and should arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
LOST PARCELS (UK) - if it has been 7 working days since your purchase, please email us with the details of your order. We will do our best to chase your parcel!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping can take anywhere from within a week to (sometimes) a month. Unfortunately, we're unable to pester international delivery services, and advise tracked shipping if quick arrival is a preference.
LOST PARCELS - if it has been 14 working days since your purchase, please email us with the details of your order. We will do our best to chase your parcel! We also advise that you go to your local post office, if you have one, in the case of missed delivery.
